What we collect on this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
AL Performance Ltd, a UK company providing Five9 contact centre consultancy to clients in the UK and US. We are the data controller for personal data collected through alperformance.co.uk. For anything in this policy, email info@alperformance.co.uk. The client platform at app.alperformance.co.uk has its own security and data policy.
Contact form. Your name, email, company and message, used to reply to you. Nothing else is done with it.
Five9 Health Check. Your answers, your scores, and the name, company and work email you provide. We store these securely, email you your scorecard, and our consultants use them to prepare your findings and follow up with you.
Booking a review. The name, company, email and time slot you choose, used to create the calendar invite and send confirmations.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you initiate) and, where we later work together, contract. We do not buy, sell or share marketing lists, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Netlify hosts the site. Supabase stores form, health check and booking submissions. Resend delivers our transactional email. Google Calendar creates booking invites, and Google Fonts serves this site’s typeface when a page loads. Each provider processes data only to deliver that service. We keep submissions for as long as they are relevant to your enquiry or our work together, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete what we hold about you, restrict or object to our processing, or receive your data in a portable format. Email info@alperformance.co.uk and we will action it promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
